| | | | TWO THINGS YOU MUST DO TO BE SAVED How to Communicate Essential Gospel Truths to the Lost Sam Waldron
The purpose of this book is to help you communicate the Gospel of Jesus Christ clearly, accurately and more effectively with others. It is not intended as a 'Gospel tract,' but as a tool for you to be more proficient as an ambassador for Christ and His Kingdom. While it is quite fine to use this book as an evangelistic study, it is more accurate to say that this book is a study guide for those who want to be evangelists. As such, it will help you to be more accurate in your approach to presenting Gospel truth to the unsaved; and perhaps give more clarity to those who are saved, but have trouble articulating what it means to 'be saved.'
This book will be absolutely invaluable to pastor and layperson alike, both now and in the future, since these eternal verities never change. With Biblical ignorance being epidemic, both in the secular world and among those in the church, this is a timely book that will be essential for the work of true evangelism!
Dr. Samuel E. Waldron is noted pastor, author and teacher. He holds a Th.M from from Grand Rapids Baptist Seminary and a Ph.D from Southern Seminary in Louisville, KY. Among his many other books are The End Times Made Simple and Two Be Continued: Are the Miraculous Gifts for Today?

"The centuries old dispute concerning the nature of the church and all the important related issues may seem so complex as to defy clarification. Waldron's insightful discussion cuts through so much of the confusing rhetoric and allows the reader to see clearly the key elements of the differing positions in light of the teaching of God's Word regarding the New Covenant. Many will be blessed by this fresh approach." James R. White
"Of the many interfaces of theology, one fascinating area is the relationship of the New Covenant to the Old. What aspects of the Old Covenant were strictly dispensational, that is, applying to the Jews of Israel during the time they as a nation were living in that land and had a unique covenant relationship with God? What truths of the Old Testament have a permanent binding authority on the New Testament people of God? These studies are a modest step towards clearer thinking about revealed truth. May it be the first of many. We all need such light and direction as are to be found in these pages." Geoffrey Thomas
"It is the conviction of this author that confessional Reformed Baptist churches reflect the major distinctives of the New Covenant. In other words, what confessional Reformed Baptists endeavor to be is stated clearly in the terms of the New Covenant. The purpose of this study, therefore, is to set before you a Reformed Baptist Manifesto by means of an examination of the New Covenant as the Constitution of the Church. This assertion may seem arrogant. It is hoped, however, that the reader will simply permit the New Covenant to speak for itself and see the relevance and appropriateness of such a claim." - from the Introduction

TO BE CONTINUED
Tongues! Signs! Wonders!
Are they operative in the church of Jesus Christ today? Perhaps no subject is more debated in the church today than whether or not the 'miraculous sign' gifts are for today's believers. When someone says that they 'speak in tongues,' do they have biblical warrant to do so? Are they really speaking a divine language, or a mocking counterfeit? When someone claims that they can perform miracles because they are 'an apostle,' should we ask for proof, or simply tell them that it cannot be so since there are no apostles today? What about prophets? Are there any true prophets in the churches today?
Samuel E. Waldron builds systematic case for the complete cessation of the miraculous gifts as well as the office of Apostle and prophet. Building an insurmountable argument step by step, he shows that the Bible is quite clear on this issue.
If you are struggling to come to grips with what the Bible says on this most important and oftentimes confusing topic, then this book is essential reading!!!

click for details | | A MAN AS PRIEST IN HIS HOME: The Preeminent Challenge Facing Every Christian Husband and Father Samuel Waldron with Benjamin Hoak
"As the head of my home, I am deeply thankful for this practical book. It is extremely helpful. Waldron has not only provided useful direction and encouragement but has also instilled fresh zeal and motivation to take my role as husband and father more seriously. I eagerly recommend this to every Christian husband and father. May God use it to strengthen homes around the world." —Jeffrey D. Johnson, Pastor, Grace Bible Church
"THIS IS A GREAT BOOK TO USE FOR A MEN'S STUDY GROUP, It is also a book for a father to use with older sons, to help prepare them for marriage and family. It is simple and straightforward, and always rooted in the text of Holy Scripture." - Michael Gaydosh, founder of Solid Grouind Christian Books
This important book begins with these words - "The concern in this book is rooted in the great calling to serve one another. As Christian husbands and fathers, how should we view our ministry to our family? When our teenager has just vaulted into the annals of history with the stupidity and sinfulness of his behavior, how should we respond? When we let our wives down, how do we respond? When our families are struggling, how do we help them? What kind of ministry should we have in our home?
To support the ultimate conclusion of this book that a man serves as a priest in his home, we must begin with the idea that all Christian ministry is priestly in character. When we talk about ministry, we're referring not just to the official duties of pastors, but to the whole spectrum of dealings among Christians, including such things as counseling, teaching, praying, rebuking, encouraging, helping, etc. To prove the idea that all Christian ministry is priestly in character, we'll look at four arguments."
Waldron and Hoak then walk us through ten concise but meaty chapters intended to define what it means for a man to be priest in his home, defend this position against attacks from inside and outside the church, and describe how this priestly work is to be carried out in the midst of a family stained by sin. This is a challenging book which concludes with a strong word of HOPE in the closing chapter.
TABLE OF CONTENTS

5. PRIESTLY ROLE # 2 - A Man as a Director of Religious Worship
6. PRIESTLY ROLE # 3 - A Man as a Mediator of Divine Blessing

8. PRIESTLY ROLE # 5 - A Man as a Judge in Holy Things
9. SPIRITUAL QUALIFICATIONS - Blamelessness, Compassion & Faithfulness
10. HOPE FOR A MAN AS A PRIEST IN HIS HOME
The book concludes with the following encouragement: "How will we ever become the kind of man God wants us to be? Again and again, when our sins are set before us, and we feel our weakness, our lack of compassion, our inconsistency and defectiveness, those issues should drive us back to Jesus Christ. He is the one who says, 'He who believes in Me, as the Scripture said, 'From his innermost being will flow rivers of living water.'' He is the one who, as Paul says, will transform us from glory to glory when we behold Him (2 Corinthians 3:18).
That transformation takes place when we live in the presence of Jesus Christ. Like Moses, who dwelt in the presence of God's glory on the mountain, our faces will shine with His glory. We have to live with Christ. We've got to wake up with Him. We've got to walk with Him. We've got to end the day with Him. We have to be with Him always. We have to read His Word and speak to Him. As we do, the glory of what Christ is as a priest will begin to enlighten us as well. May God grant it to be so for each one of us."

BACK IN STOCK ONCE AGAIN IN JANUARY 2023.
**REDUCED PRICE FOR OUR HOUSE CLEANING SALE!!
A Modern Exposition of the 1689 Baptist Confession of Faith by Sam Waldron This 5th Edition is the definitive version, and is presented in hardback.
Modern Christianity is awash in a flood of doctrinal relativity. Satan and his forces love the imprecision and ambiguity which are rampant in our day. As C. H. Spurgeon observed, 'The archenemy of truth has invited us to level our walls and take away our fenced cities.'
This exposition was originally published in 1989 to mark the 300th anniversary of the publication of the Second London Confession, which also became known as the 1689 Baptist Confession of Faith. Today, Reformed Baptists world-wide hold this Confession in high esteem and many churches continue to regard it as their official statement of faith.
In this extensive exposition, the author Sam Waldron shows that the 1689 Confession is a masterly statement of the historic Christian faith. He writes in a direct and lucid style that will help ministers, students and laymen alike to a clear understanding of this Confession and to its relevance and application to our modern age.
BONUS SECTION # 1- Included in this publication is a very helpful introduction on 'The Legitimacy and Use of Confessions' by the late Dr. Robert Paul Martin, who is now in glory but was formerly Pastor of Emmanuel Reformed Baptist Church in Seattle, Washington.
BONUS SECTION # 2- At the back of the book there are 25 pages of helpful Study Questions (more than 300 in all) that will help to review all the contents of this invaluable book, and serve useful for teaching within the church and the family.
'This is one of my favorite confessional commentaries. It does vary (sometimes more, sometimes less) from studies on the Westminster Confession because of its baptistic approach, but Waldron is an excellent writer, and he has the advantage of being our contemporary. His examples and discussions of issues on which the WCF and LBCF are the same (Creation, Justification, Election, Sabbath, etc.) are excellent. This book is very well organized and clear.' Fred Greco, Senior Pastor, Christ Church PCA, Katy, Texas
Dr. Sam Waldron is the Dean of Covenant Baptist Theological Seminary and Professor of Systematic Theology (cbtseminary.org). Dr. Waldron received a B.A. from Cornerstone University, completed studies equivalent to an M. Div. at Trinity Ministerial Academy, obtained a Th.M. from Grand Rapids Theological Seminary, and attained a Ph.D. from Southern Baptist Theological Seminary. From 1977 to 2001 he was one of the pastors of the Reformed Baptist Church of Grand Rapids, MI. He is now one of the pastors of Grace Reformed Baptist Church in Owensboro, KY.

| | | | FAITH, OBEDIENCE & JUSTIFICATION Current Evangelical Departures from 'Sola Fide' Sam Waldron
"The undermining of classical Protestant formulations of 'sola fide' is a significant, and disheartening, feature in contemporary evangelical discussions of soteriology - Waldron understands this and provides trenchant historical and theological critique in crystal clear prose." - Ligon Duncan
"For those still studying the issues of 'the obedience of faith' and its meaning in Reformation theology vs. modern 'covenant nomism', this is a must read." - Fred Malone
"Sam Waldron has done us a tremendous service. He has culled the writings of Luther, Calvin and Reformed symbolics of sola fide. His method is clear. His distinctions are crucial. His conclusions are cogent." - Richard Barcellos

| | | | MAC ARTHUR'S MILLENNIAL MANIFESTO: A Friendly Response Samuel E. Waldron
At the 2007 Shepherds' Conference, Pastor John MacArthur delivered a controversial message entitled, "Why Every Self-Respecting Calvinist is a Premillennialist." In this book, Dr. Sam Waldron addresses the assertions of MacArthur historically, exegetically and theologically. Although his arguments are rigorous, the entire tenor of the book is level-headed and irenic. This "friendly response" grants modern day Amillennialists the opportunity to thoughtfully engage their Dispensational brethren.
"With charity, this book exposes the fallacies--historical, exegetical and theological--inherent in Dr. MacArthur's presentation...Thank you, Dr. Waldron, for showing us how a theological refutation may be done with grace and kindness." - James M. Renihan, Ph.D.
"Samuel Waldron's response to John MacArthur's controversial sermon, "Why Every Self-Respecting Calvinist Is a Premillennialist," is a gem. In a gentle spirit, and with an awareness of what is at stake, Waldron makes a persuasive case against MacArthur's unlikely claim that true Calvinists must subscribe to the tenets of dispensational premillennialism." - Cornelis Venema, Ph.D.

click for details | | MORE OF THE END TIMES MADE SIMPLE Sam Waldron
This book is the second installment in Dr. Waldron's groundbreaking work, The End Times Made Simple, in which he deftly dismantled the interpretive view that dispensationalists have of prophecy in general. This book goes a step further, arguing that there are consequences to our eschatological (i.e., End Times) views. The reader will find powerful and cogent arguments for a strictly biblical hermeneutic, free from forced interpretations and presuppositions that have little to do with the actual Word of God. Some of the topics covered are how we approach biblical interpretation in general and prophetic interpretation in particular, and whether there is a distinction between Israel and the church, or is the church the 'Israel of God.' This book will change the way the reader approaches the great prophecies of the Bible, and will give the reader a renewed appreciation for the Lord Jesus Christ and His plan for His church.

Rapture? Pre-Trib? Post-Trib? Millennium? Confused? You should be! In today's Evangelical Christian world, eschatology -- or the study of the "Last Things" -- has been turned into a sort of pseudo-science with a plethora of authors claiming to know exactly the scenario of events that are to take place just prior to the Lord Jesus Christ's return. Piece by piece, Waldron strips away years of false teaching and faulty exegesis thrust upon the church to reveal what the Bible, in its own simple but profound way, says about what will happen at the end of this present age.

| | | | THE IMPORTANCE OF THEOLOGY IN THE CHRISTIAN MINISTRY: Southern California Reformed Baptist Pastors' Conference Papers: Volume One, 2012 Rich Barcellos, Jim Renihan & Sam Waldron
This brand new volume from RBAP contains the eight lectures delivered at the Southern California Reformed Baptist Pastors' Conference held in the Fall of 2012.
"The theme of the 2012 conference was The Importance of Theology in the Christian Ministry. The key-note speaker was Dr. Samuel E. Waldron. The first four chapters of this book are slightly revised editions of his four lectures on theological prolegomena. The
conference also had two guest speakers: Drs. Richard C. Barcellos and James M. Renihan. Chapters five through eight are slightly revised editions of their lectures and are published in the order they were delivered. Because these chapters were delivered as papers at a conference, they were prepared as lectures. Readers may at times detect a lecture feel to what they are reading. The editor attempted to make the papers read more like manuscripts for publication, though he pretends no victory in such an attempt". - from the editor's Preface
